1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver countrywide within Kenya.

2. Processing & Dispatch Schedule

We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a delivery day are dispatched the same day.
  
  
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM are dispatched on the next delivery day.
  
  
• Orders placed on non-delivery days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays) are dispatched on the next available delivery day.

3. Delivery Timelines

We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only.

Delivery timelines are based on our scheduled delivery days:

• Nairobi & Environs: Delivery on the same day (if ordered before 11:00 AM on a delivery day) or the next scheduled delivery day.
  
  
• Other Major Towns: Delivery within 1–2 scheduled delivery days.
  
  
• Remote Areas: Delivery within 2–3 scheduled delivery days.
  
  

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, and public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Handling & Storage of Our Fresh Products

Our products (kombucha, kimchi, sauerkraut) are:

• Naturally fermented
  
  
• Temperature-sensitive
  
  

We package all products carefully to maintain quality during transport.

Customers are advised to:

• Ensure someone is available to receive the order
  
  
• Refrigerate products upon delivery (optional)
  
  

We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed pickup or improper storage after delivery.
